Our hotel is located next to the beautiful monastery garden and the famous Romanic minster, which was built by Benedictine monks.

Rheinmünster is nestled between the sublime black forest and the Vosges. It is right in the heart of the golf region Baden - Alsace. The cost free ferry connects Germany with France and it only takes a few minutes to go to Alsace. The Alsace region is known for its romantic landscape and its lovely timbered houses. Strasbourg can easily be reached by public transport or car, which takes around half an hour. Strasbourg is well known for its minster and its historic city center, which forms part of the world cultural heritage.

 

 

The Romans were deeply impressed by Baden-Baden’s charm and started to set up spas there. The Friedrichbad was built on the ground of an old Roman spa. The modern Caracalla spa is also worth a visit and is the perfect place to lay-back and relax. 
 
Baden-Baden offers much more than spas. The “Festspielhaus”, Germany’s largest opera house, is another highlight. The Casino, which is well-known and very popular among tourists and local people, is also worth a visit. Moreover, the miscellaneous museums and castle ruins are also well worth seeing.

We have a cooperation with the Baden Hills golf club, which is 8 km away from our hotel. The green fee for the 18 hole golf course amounts to 50 euros during the week, and 70 euros on weekends and public holidays.

 

If you prefer tennis to golf, we can book a tennis court in Lichtenau for you, which is about 4 km away from our hotel. We can also hire a personal trainer if you wish.

Our hotel is located in a sublime landscape close to the Rheinaue wetlands. It is a true pleasure to discover them by bike. Our guests can hire a bike at the reception of our hotel. Please, feel free to ask.

Our region is also known for its lakes, where you can either relax or practice some watersports, such as swimming, surfing, paddling or water ski.
 
We offer a garage for bikes and a selection of tools to conduct small reparations on your motorcycle. We elaborated some motorcycle tours for you, so that you can convince yourself from the true beauty of our region.
